Besan ladoo is liked by all.
Today we will make besan ladoo in microwave.
Besan ladoo are prepared instantly and easily in microwave
Let’s see what all ingredients are required for making besan ladoo in microwave.
Gram flour - 2 cup
Boora - 1 cup
Desi ghee - 1 cup
Cashew nuts - 8-10
Green cardamom - 4
For making besan ladoo take a microwave safe bowl and add ghee into it.
Place the bowl in and microwave for 1 minute.
Take out the bowl and add gram flour into it.
Stir and mix all ingredients nicely.
Besan-ghee batter is ready.
Place back the bowl and microwave for 2 minutes on maximum temperature.
Meanwhile cut cashew nuts finely.
Powder cardamom as well.
After 2 minutes take out bowl and stir nicely.
Now microwave for 1 more minute.
Take out the bowl again and stir.
When the color will darken that means besan is roasted completely.
Microwave for 1 minute more.
It is very important to stir the besan at regular intervals.
There is slightest change in the color.
Gram flour is almost roasted.
Now we will add 1-2 tsp of water in the gram flour.
We have added water so that we get some granules in the batter.
Mix it thoroughly.
Microwave for one minute on maximum temperature.
Take out the bowl and mix nicely.
Gram flour is still light in colour; we need to roast it for some more time.
Microwave for 1 more minute.
Take out the bowl and stir.
Roast for 30 seconds more in microwave.
After 30 seconds take out bowl and mix well.
Gram flour is now roasted.
Now allow it to get frigid, don’t add boora in hot flour.
Add cashew nuts and cardamom powder into the gram flour.
Add boora as well.
Now start making ladoos from it.
Take little amount of mixture and make big, small or medium size ladoos.
We are making medium size ladoos.
Roll it like this with help of both hands.
Place the ladoos in plate.
Like wise prepare all ladoos.
Microwave besan ladoos are ready.
Store these ladoos in air tight container and enjoy eating for up to 1 month.
