Ingredients Used: Boneless Chicken - 500gm Capsicum - 1 Yellow Bell Pepper - 1 Onion - 1 Curd - 100ml Jeera Powder - 1 tbsp Red Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1tbsp Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp Chat Masala Powder - 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp Besan - 1 tbsp Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Oil - 1 to 2 tbsp Salt as per taste Procedure: Step 1: First, marinate the chicken and the vegetables using all the masalas (spices) as mentioned above. Refrigerate it for at least 1-2 hours. You can refrigerate it overnight as well for best results. Step 2: Put the chicken and vegetables into the wooden screwers. remember to soak the screwers for 15-30 minutes in water. Baster the baking plate or the metal rack whichever you use with oil before placing the chicken sticks. Step 3: Pre-heat the oven using convection mode at 180-degree Celcius for 5 minutes. Then, put the chicken inside and use grill mode to cook each side for 20 minutes. Once, one side is done, take the chicken out and baster the top with oil and turn it and again put it inside and cook for 20 minutes more using grill mode.
